    Hi,

I have had one offering and one employee which has worked well and is fully integrated with the google calendar. All the details that I have entered in the integration section work and display correctly in google calendar.

I have now added a second offering with a new employee that only work on the second offering, which again produces the correct notification to the customer and the employee. I can’t find out how I can enter the details for this second activity in the Integration screen. Basically, I want to display different fields in the different bookings for the different offerings in google calendar, but I can’t see how to select the second offering in the integration screen. It looks like both offerings will only display the same fields.

Is there a way to display different fields in the google calendar for the two bookings?

If this is possible? How to I select the appropriate offering with the fields for that offering in the calendar?

    Hi Siggi,

Thanks for reaching out to us. If I understand correctly, you want to connect the other employee to the same Google Calendar? This is possible, but the timeslots would be shared. You can go to employee settings, click on "Sign in" and then enter the account details there. You can also connect the other employee to their own calendar, yet again, you can need to follow the steps and enter the account details once you click on "Sign in".

If an Employee already has events in the Google calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment in Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,

Hi and thanks for the quick reply. I probably did not explain my main problem correctly.
The real issue it the content of the booking details which are passed into the google calendar which are created in the integration option screen. It looks like it's the same content for both offerings despite being able to send the customer the appropriate booking details (which is different) for their booking. Basically I want the information which is passed to the google calendar to only contain information which is appropriate to that offering.  I cant find an option that says offering 1 should contain the following information and offering 2 should contain  the following information which is passed to the google calendar. The section I am having problems with is called Event Description  which seems to be common and not selectable depending on the offering.

    Hi Siggi,

Thanks for the additional information, I see now. Unfortunatelly, there is no option to configure this for multiple Calendars. Since there is an option to configure this for one Google Calendar, the description will be forwarded only from this section.
