There's an issue with the visual display on the front-end which will be fixed in our next update.
I'll respond again, privately, and send you the installation file for 7.7 which includes the fix.
If anyone else runs into this public ticket, and has the same issue, please feel free to open a new private ticket, and we'll send you the installation file for the fixed version.
Thanks for trying to help ... unfortunatelly the problem still exists.
I attach the following screenshots in order to illustrate the problem:
- events-list-view.png -> all events are shown
- events-group-view.png -> some events are not displayed :-(
- events-frontend-p1of2.jpg and events-frontend-p2of2.jpg -> frontend view - some events are not shown - and why are the pages so short? all events coukld be displayed on ONE page
I consider using a different event manager in order to solve the problems
I don't see any screenshots attached to this ticket. Can you please send them again?
As for the fix I sent - that fix has been tested on a few dozen installations where customers had the same issue as you did, and they all reported the fix solved it on their end. Are you sure you installed the correct file and did you purge the cache after you did that?
If all above is covered, please provide me with temporary wp-admin (Administrator) credentials, and I'll gladly take a look.
Just make sure to enable the PRIVATE response, as this is a public ticket.
We have created events until November/December 2024.
In the backend all events are shown in list mode - in group mode some are missing. On the frontend also some events are not shown :-(

all events are shown now - great ... but in the backend nothing else works anymore in Amelia!
All options except events in the backend only show blank screens!
This way I cannot work with Amelia :-(
