Yes, I know we can define the maximum capacity for the services, but this do not meet my requirement. I would like to make the different services appointment on the same time and same date. For Example, customer A make appointment on 10am for services A then another customer B cannot make appointment on 10am for services B. If I got define capacity on service A, then customer B only able to make appointment on service A, cannot on services B.
For example, if one employee is assigned to both Service A and B, and when one particular timeslot is booked for Service A, the same timeslot wont be available for Service B, since the employee is already working on Service A for the same timeslot. If you have different services with different employees (and different work hours), they are all different and not dependent on each other, which means even if there is an appointment for Service A on 10 AM, the other customers will be able to book the same timeslot for Service B.

Different staff had different service been assigned, so impossible to assign service to other staff. Otherwise means I had to duplicate all the employee for able to handle on the same timeslot and this will become not user-friendly.
Possible to provide a setting to adjust the timeslot availability of the employee? from minimum to maximum? this will help a lot on our user business.
The minimum and maximum capacity is not related to the employee timeslot configuration, but rather to service settings. If you have one employee assigned to both services, then the employee wont be able to work on the same timeslot for both services. So, if he is already booked for timeslot 9 AM for Service A, the same timeslot won't be available for Service B.
The timeslot availability depends on the service duration and employee work hours. You can configure the employee work hours in employee settings.
