We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Amelia support team and fellow members,
The ameliabooking.zip file does not load at all.
I tried almost everything, including deleting the "lite plugin" ; switching to my secondary network ; I checked both bandwidth which are good enough for that job ; did download the .zip twice from your site to upload it to my WP again. I even tried boomer tactics such as loging out my WP. No more success.
If someone has a valuable solution here, I will be glad to connect to that great person.
@Amelia : However, nothing personal, this launch kit sounds so 2010's. Your product team should invest time. Starting by a crystal clear wording / naming across channels. My two cents if a six year old find what is a "lite amelia plugin" on the internal WP plugin area. So confusing, and time costly.
Well, it seems that I am not the only one with this painful issue.
So what is your solution now ?
Regards,
Claire - french WP community
Hello Claire.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I installed the plugin downloaded from our store on 4 different sites today (all license types except for "Starter") and haven't faced any issues with it.
If you received the "The link you followed has expired" - that's a WordPress error, indicating the upload limit of your website is lower than the size of our plugin. We have an article about that issue, that explains how you can bypass it, but if that's the case, it's worth noting that it's not coming from us.
I haven't seen any screenshots, and you haven't posted any errors or behavior that manifests when you try to upload the plugin so, at this point, I'm only guessing.
Amelia, like the majority of premium plugins, has its free (Lite) version, which is available in the wordpress.org repository. The full (paid) version of the plugin resides on our side and can't be obtained through WordPress. We did modify our license names a few months ago, so "Basic" became "Standard", while we implemented a "Starter" license (something between Lite and Standard), but we did our best to modify this everywhere. Can you please be more specific about wording/naming, so I can escalate this to the appropriate sector?
Thank you in advance for your input as it helps us improve the plugin and the user experience!
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
