Is there a way to know the time and date an appointment was submitted?
Hello Criselda,
Yes, each appointment booking in Amelia is storing both the date when the booking was made by the customer and the date and time when the appointment is scheduled to happen.
For example, you can see this in the "Appointments" Page on the back-end under the "Created on" Field.
Here is my basic example of an appointment, I booked it today and it shows the Date "Created on" as today's date, of course "23 July 2024".
While the time when the appointment is scheduled to happen is in the future, at July 30th, that shows both date and the time.
Additionally, I just wanted to point out that we have pages with Demos, that you can use to try out the plugin's features - https://wpamelia.com/demos/
and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,
we would assist you with our support along the way, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
