I am encountering an issue with your platform. We need a manager who can oversee multiple locations and services with a single email address. Currently, when we assign an employee to multiple locations and a booking is made for Location A at a specific time (e.g., 2:00 - 3:00), the system blocks that same time slot for Location B as well. What is the correct way to configure this so that it works properly across multiple locations without needing to create a large number of employees?
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. You can not set what you want since this will create a double booking and Amelia is designed to prevent double booking. As soon as employee is booked on locations A he is automatically unavailable for all other locations. THe only way to achieve what you want is to create more then one emplyoee there is no other Im afraid.
