    I am encountering an issue with your platform. We need a manager who can oversee multiple locations and services with a single email address. Currently, when we assign an employee to multiple locations and a booking is made for Location A at a specific time (e.g., 2:00 - 3:00), the system blocks that same time slot for Location B as well.
    What is the correct way to configure this so that it works properly across multiple locations without needing to create a large number of employees?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. You can not set what you want since this will create a double booking and Amelia is designed to prevent double booking. As soon as employee is booked on locations A he is automatically unavailable for all other locations. THe only way to achieve what you want is to create more then one emplyoee there is no other Im afraid.
