1. In Amelia is it possible to create services that can only be booked from let's say 1:00pm to 5:00pm even if an employees schedule goes all day? This would be for a dog boarding site. So an employee would have a schedule 7:30am 5:00pm. We would offer full day services that can book the entire day (max 60 on these) then also half day that can be booked at the same time one would be half of the AM block and the other would be half of the PM block. The block should book the whole timeslot so a bookable 9:00-12 for AM block and a 12:30-5:00 for pm block. Would this be possible?
2. If so can you guide me through so i can integrate it ASAP if i purchase Amelia?
3. Also can a user purchase recurring event tickets since if it is not possible with services maybe with events?
4. Is there a check in/check out feature for customers?
1. Yes, and no. You would need 2 emplyoees and 2 services for this soecific use but they will need to have separate capacity 30 each for example. You can not combine their capacity because this is a specific use case. So we are not sure that this suits to your needs.
2. Everything is explained in our documentation and you set Amelia on your own but if you get stuck somewhere we are here to advise you but make sure to open a separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you with advise on each one
3. No, this is not possible for events since events are separate entities but you can set a recurring appointment for services and appointments and you can read more bout it on this link https://wpamelia.com/recurring-appointments/
4. Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
