I want to upgrade my plan, but I must to pay the entire price? I just get the current ticket 1 week ago. It is possible to pay only the difference?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Discounts do not apply to upgrades or renewals, so if you try and upgrade to a higher plan through our store, you'll pay the difference between the discounted price you paid for Starter, and the full price of the plan you want to upgrade to.
Due to this, please feel free to purchase a new license and then respond to this ticket, so I can refund the initial order.
You will need to deactivate the current purchase code in Amelia's Activation settings, and activate the new one, and you'll also need to download the new installation file and install it on top of the existing one, but you won't lose any data when you do this.
