The days and timings that I want for my services is set as Monday to Sunday from 11 AM to 10 PM. I have made these settings in the "Working Hours & Days Off" settings of Amelia.
However, the days and timings that are showing up in Amelia is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Please help me fix this as soon as possible.
Hi Saurabh,
Thanks for reaching out to us. You should configure this in employee work hours, not Global Working Hours and Days off. The timeslots are coming from the employee work hours, so you want to configure them there.
Please, find more information on this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
