We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I've set up Stripe correctly and had confirmation from stripe. Stripe is my default payment gateway. I've set up an event that has a charge of £2. (I've tried this both in test and live mode). When I act as a customer and go through the front end the payment page is showing that the charge is £2, but is asking for £0. The same happens if I increase to e.g. £200.
I've read through your help pages. I'm stuck. Please help.
I've attached as many images as is probably useful.

Hello Malcolm.
On the Booking Page, I see two free events and the free "Intro Call" service booking form. Neither one of these have a price defined, so I can't test it.
Can you please create a paid event, so I can see what's going on?
Also, it's not advisable to mix new and old forms on the page. The Forms List form you have is a new, updated, 2.0 form, while the form below is an old form. Try using only the new forms on the page as they are made with a different framework and can cause issues if they are mixed on the page.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
