We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you create a service you can set that minimum capacity is 2 like this
This way 1 customer can book and appointment will be pending until second one books.
If you want that minum of 2 people can book straight away in settings appointment setting you can turn off option called Allow booking below minimum capacity

We use events to sell tour tickets. How can I set up that a customer needs to buy at least 2 tickets? I don't see this option for events.

When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. What you want to set up is not possible in Amelia for events at this time.
