Hi, I am having a problem with the invoice details. I use woocomarce as a payment integration. However, when I set up the payment with the deposit method, there are no details of the amount of the shortfall paid and the details of the type of additional services are not listed in the invoice details.
We really hope to get a solution to this problem, how the amelia pro plugin that I bought can integrate accurately with the order details in amelia.
I assume the invoice is being generated on the order description. Is that correct?
If yes - you can adjust this in Amelia Settings/Payments -> scroll all the way down and expand "MetaData and Description" box. In there, you can rewrite the description for WooCommerce and include placeholders that are also available in the notifications. If you use the deposit amount placeholder, it will be displayed in the description and, therefore, in the invoice.
If you're generating the invoice in another way, please show me how.
in this case I am using the WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels plugin
however, after I follow your instructions, the booking information in the form of how much deposit is paid and the balance that must be paid, the extra additional services do not appear on the invoice.
please provide a solution so that it can be resolved quickly
Please note that we do not work during weekends, so some delay is expected when you post responses on Saturday and Sunday.
Amelia's integration with WooCommerce relates only to payments, so there's no confirmation from our end that it works with any of WooCommerce's third-party extensions. Please take a look into this plugin's settings, and see if the invoice can pull the data from WooCommerce checkout. If you configured the description according to my suggestions, you should see all that data in the cart and/or the checkout page of WooCommerce, and I'm fairly sure that this plugin should allow pulling the info from the checkout into the invoice.
If you're having issues with this, please reach out to the support team of this plugin and ask them if there's a way to populate the invoice with the data passed to the checkout.
