    Hi,

    I'm having an organizational issue with managing rooms as resources. It's fine that rooms are handled as resources to prevent users from selecting them directly, but I need to be able to see them clearly in the calendar.

    It's essential to see room availability in the calendar to better manage the lessons. For example, if a piano lesson is in Room 2 and I have another piano lesson, I would prefer to use Room 2 again. However, if Room 2 already has a drum lesson, I need to know to move the piano lesson to another room.

    I'm using rooms as resources because it's not possible, or I haven't understood how they can be used otherwise.

    The main issue is that the plugin does not allow assigning a service to specific rooms, making it impossible to filter the calendar by rooms and not just by employees. This feature would be very useful as it would greatly facilitate the management and organization of resources.

    Hi Mauro,

    I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    Unfortunatelly, it's not possible to configure resources to be visible on the front end, since the customers are only able to see the timeslots based on the service selection from the first step. The resources are managed in the backend and Amelia (booking form) will be displayed as it is (first step - service selection, second step date and time, and so on). Since you can choose where the resources will be applied, you can try assigning the resource to a location, but I'm not sure if this is the right fit for your needs since you would need to assign the employee to a location and later your customers would need to choose the location from the booking form.

    Anyway, please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
