I am the developer of this website and we are having difficulty in double appointments for same time and those double entries not showing on backend as well.
So our last developer took all the details with him and blocked us . Please help us so that we can get our license back and if it is expired we can renew it
Thanks for reaching out to us. If the license has expired, there is an automatic renewal depending on the license you've bought. If this has expired, and it didn't renew it you would need to purchase a new one, since we don't have the option to renew it manually.
We would need some kind of proof, the email used when purchased, or possibly an invoice and etc...
Our last guy has taken away all the details with him and if we buy with new email its fine but we would needed all the data as it is now. After buy new license we needed same data as it is running so that we don't lose any data

1. Order emails are not going to client email
2. Booking appointments are missing in Amelia Appointments
3. Double client paying at same time from frontend and one entry coming and one entry missing

Perhaps, there is a misunderstanding. I was referring to the access to the old website (the one that you don't have access to). Each website is hosted on a domain (server) with the database and that database contains the files (tables) that can be migrated to another domain. But the issue here is that we don't have access to that database and thus we are not able to migrate the files (old data). You can go ahead and purchase the license, but this would be a new domain, hosting with new data..
Unfortunatelly, as said, we don't have the access nor the option to recover the data. You can still purchase a new license and install Amelia on a completely new Wordpress site, but the data from the old site can't be recovered.
