When taxes are applied, it's assumed that there is going to be an amount (value), but in case you want to have zero taxes, then you can disable this option. I assume that you wanted to have this visible on the front end, informing your customer that zero taxes are applied? Unfortunatelly, it needs a certain value.
My client has to have a zero tax rate, so 0%.
But when I try to set the tax to 0% it says is needs to have a value.
How to fix this?
Hi Simone,
