We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hi,
i have two questions
1. do you have the option to add membership based booking that offers booking system based on tier based membership subscription. so that when a customer has subscribed to the membership (monthly or annual), they can book allocated hours based on the membership tier system. for example; in a basic tier, customer can book 40 hours a month for 2,000$. the hours get deducted every time they book. the remaining hours can either carry over or not.
2. how does customer access their account dashboard. is there a shortcode to add it on the page?
thanks
Hello Ali.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. Unfortunately, Amelia doesn't yet have Membership or Subscription features included. We will work on that in the future, but I don't have any ETAs at this time.
2. Please check out the documentation about the Customer Panel here. In short - When your client makes a reservation and completes the booking process by paying for the service, they should have the option to access the Customer Panel afterward to manage their reservation details. However, to access the Customer Panel, they need to have a login and password set up.
Typically, after completing the booking process, there should be an option for the customer to create a password for the Customer Panel. This option is usually presented to them once the booking is finalized.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
