Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, you won't able to change the color through the Customization settings, only with the custom CSS code. I would need the page with the booking form so I can inspect the CSS code.

Thanks for the links. Here is the CSS code that you can use 

#amelia-container > div.am-fs__main > div > div.am-fs__info.am-fs__main-content > div:nth-child(1) > form > div:nth-child(10) > label > span > label > a{
    color: red!important;
    background-color: white!important;
}

These are just random colors, feel free to change them according to your needs.

On the booking form, it should look like this 

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
