3.- Can we have the option for the client to choose to see the prices in dollars and Mexican pesos?

You can not change the steps in our booking form they are fixed and they must work in this specific way

So Amelia inherits the language from WordPress. And if you set it to English Amelia will show by default in English language on the front end and ond the backend.
For front end you need to set new pages for Spanish and set page locale language to Spanish and then Amelia will be automatically translated to Spanish on that page
