Hello! I have a question before I make any mistakes. I use Amelia with WooCommerce and I would like to enable bank transfer payments. However, I noticed that when a user chooses to pay by bank transfer, the WooCommerce order status remains "processing" (of course, I have to manually set it to "completed" when I actually receive the payment). But the Amelia package is still assigned and activated even if the order is still "processing". I saw that there's an option to manage WooCommerce statuses in Amelia's payment settings, but I'm not sure how to do it. Could you please help me? I would like the Amelia package to be activated when I set the order to "completed" and not before. However, I don't want any changes for those who pay by credit card (in this case, the order automatically goes to "completed" since the payment is immediate, but it still goes through several statuses before being marked as completed, so I don't want to disturb the credit card payment process). Attached is my current configuration

    Hello Varia.

The issue with Package bookings is that there are only two states, "Package Purchased", or "Canceled":

In here, you can only configure the "Payment" section, so it's pending payment but if you select the "Booking" section as "Canceled", the cancelation email will be sent to the customer and it will cause confusion.

Maybe, if you disable the "Canceled" notification templates, you can use this for Order Creation, and then create a new rule for Order Update that will change it to "Package Purchased".

    Kind Regards,
