We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Can i able to create different dashboards for different employees that help each employees to see the bookings they got. And also can i integrate payment gateway in the starter plan? please reply. Urgent requirement. And also in some plugin I see whatsapp integration. what's that mean? Is it mean the employee and client will get booking details or confirmation once the booking done?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    1. Emplyoees in WordPress and in Employee panel can only see their own appointments this is how it is designed

    2. No starter plan does not have online payment methods. This option is available from standard license 

    3. WhatsApp notifications are part of Pro license and you can use them to send notifications related to appointment approved, booked, rescheduled, etc. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/whatsapp-notifications/
