Thanks for reaching out to us. That's correct, the coupons created in Amelia will appear at the last step (before redirecting to WooCoomerce). Have you assigned this coupon to a particular service / event? 

On the last step, the field where the customers should enter the coupon will appear if enabled.

Make sure that it is enabled in the payment settings

That's strange, indeed. 

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks, i was able to log in finally. The coupons are turned on, indeed, but I'm suspicious about the conflict with other plugins. I'm  not able to see the Plugin section (perhaps I'm missing it), but do you have any caching plugins? If so, try disabling it temporarily and check again.

Thanks for the access. Just checked and there are no conflicts, but I've noticed that you have Amelia 7.5.1 installed. We recently released Amelia 7.7, can you please update to this version and let me know if it works?
