Sorry to disappoint you, but you can't edit Tables linked from Formidable Forms through our Plugin's integration.
The only Form integration which can edit the data of the entries is our Gravity Forms integration.
With that add-on, you can edit the entries of the Gravity Form through our connected Table and you also get our server-side processing feature, which is great to handle larger data size.
