Hi, in my general settings, I deactivated the minimum delay before an appointment but on my front-end, the customers can't schedule an appointment. I searched everywhere on the plugin and I can't find where could be the problem. Is there a problem in my plugin version?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Your customers won't be able to schedule the appointments for the past days. As you can see the present day is July 16, but it looks like you don't have mer. and jeu. configured in work hours (assigned to an employee) since those days are also not available in future weeks. Please note that even for the present day, they won't be able to book the timeslots that are in the past. i.e if the current time is 11 AM for example, they won't be able to book the times before 11AM.
Yes, I understand very well that you cannot book an appointment when the date and time has passed. However, even if the appointment is available later in the day, I cannot book. For example, the July 16 appointment is available from 3:30 a.m. but I am no longer able to book at 11 a.m. Logically, with the settings I have saved, I should be able to reserve until the date and time has passed?
That's correct, indeed. Even for the present day, you can still book the appointments that are yet to occur (available) later during the same day. Now, since today is July 17 (and you don't have any work hours configured for today), I'm not able to see how it work on the page you have in "related". But perhaps, if you configure the work hours for today (July 17) you should be able to book the later appointments for today.
Also, please check the timezone settings. This would need to be configured in WordPress settings since Amelia doesn't have it's own. Instead of UTC, it should be configured to the nearest city in your timezone.
Oh perfect, thanks for the feedback. The timezone of the WordPress website wasn't on the correct UTC. I changed it to my timezone and now it's working fine. Thanks!
