Good morning, we are interested in purchasing your plugin on behalf of one of our clients and would like to ask you for some clarifications first. The person in question has 4 locations in different cities, and moves between them based on bookings. This means that the booking system will always have to rely on a single common calendar for all locations, synchronized with a Google Calendar. Is this a situation that the plugin allows you to manage?
We would also like to know if the Whatsapp integration allows us to send automatic confirmation messages to the customer as soon as he has finished making a booking. Thank you.
Amelia allows multiple locations per employee and can define the employee's working hours so the employee covers all locations at the same time. Once an employee is booked, that time is blocked and can't be booked on another location anymore.
The only issue here is the time needed for the employee to reach another location. Amelia does have buffer times, and it can be applied after each appointment, providing the time for the employee to reach another location but the issue arises when there are two appointments next to each other at the same location - the defined buffer time can't be ignored, so if someone books on Location 1 from 09:00 - 10:00 and there's 30 minutes of buffer time, the next available appointment on all locations (including Location 1) will be at 10:30.
WhatsApp integration requires configuration on Meta's (Facebook's) side but once configured, you can define the templates and send automated messages when customers book appointments.
