Unfortunately, Amelia is built exclusively for WordPress and it can't be installed on any other CMS. You would need to create a WordPress site, publish the form, and then add it on another website using an iframe but you'd still need to manage everything (access the dashboard) through WordPress.
It is a web application where you can configure a custom domain for the booking form, and add it to your existing website.
