In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

To whom it may concern
I purchased the Amelia Standard plugin for Wordpress about 3 weeks ago, but I soon realised that it does not allow me to manage my website in the way it should. Unfortunately, my financial availability is very limited, so I can't afford the Pro plan. Therefore, I will have to rely on another solution that allows me to manage memberships, bookings and payments all in one, at a lower price. Since I haven't used the plugin at all, is it possible to request a refund for the product?

I'm sorry, Greta, but the refund has already been processed, and we can't stop it.
I am glad, however, to hear you were able to find a way to make it work. In order to receive updates and premium support, however, you'll need to purchase the plugin again and simply replace the purchase code in Settings/Activation - no need to reinstall anything.
