There is no option to use the "%payment_link_stripe%" tag in whastapp notifications. When creating email notification also there is no option to insert it, however, it is posible to copy and paste it on the email body even if it's not in the default categories.
But when creating a whastapp notification it's only posible to use the default tags, I can't paste it and send a Stripe payment link
Thanks for reaching out to us and apologies for the delayed answer. First, you would need to create a WhatsApp template on the Whatsapp Manager page on FB account. These templates needs to be configured to "approved" so you can see them in Amelia (to have an integration). More information on this link. It is the same process when configuring the payment link for "standard" Amelia notifications. You would need to copy/paste the placeholder for the payment link, but if you copy / paste the payment link directly to Whatsapp template, it will always be the same payment link.
thanks for the response. I already have the WhatsApp notifications configured and the template approved by Facebook with their placeholder “{3}” in the case of the template I’m using. But then in Amelia there is no option to insert the %Payment_stripe_link% placeholder and I can’t seem to write or paste my own. I just get predefine options for other placeholders. I’m attaching a screenshot for you to see the issue (sorry it’s in Spanish) also made some custom translations. Where it says “Psicologo” that’s the Employee category
I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
i logged in to my website to generate the admin credentials for you and saw that there was an update for Amelia (7.7) It seems the issue was resolved after the update. I can now see a drop down from where I can select "Payments" and place a Stripe_Link placeholder on the whastapp notifications. Thanks!
