Hi,
I have just added the Amelia plug in to a customers website, just the free version for now to see if she likes it and finds it easy to use. However, she's asked me how she blocks out times that she doesn't want people to request, like when she nips out to walk her dog or go to a gym class. I cannot figure out how she can block out times on her calendar for things like this. Please could you advise if this is possible?
Hello Melissa.
The easiest way to do this would be to link Google or Outlook Calendar with her employee profile. That way, she can simply create a busy event in her Google/Outlook calendar and that time will be blocked in Amelia.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
