If I know that you dont have cotumer service I will never join and if you are not able to elp me in 24/7 I move to another more friendly option
Thanks for reaching out to us. Customer support is not available 24 / 7, but we are doing our best to provide the support as fast as possible. We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, and it also depends on the number of tickets. You've received a response in a timely manner, so we don't understand what seems to be an issue.
The upgrade can be done through the TMS store account, but if you are experiencing issues, this could be related to the Paddle server (Paddle is our reseller). If you haven't already, please try again.
Licenses can be upgraded to higher tiers through our store, by clicking on the "Upgrade" button:
A new modal opens up where you can choose available upgrade plans:
You wont be able to configure Google Calendar or Zoom with the starter license. You need at least a standard license in order to use these features. Once installed, it's a pretty straight forward setup, you need to connect your employee to the Google Calendar and all appointment will go to the Google Calendar once booked via Amelia.
Can you please check if your subscription is active? Perhaps, you've canceled it, meanwhile? If that's the case, you won't be able to upgrade it since it's not activated anymore. Otherwise, you would have the button to upgrade to a higher license in your TMS Store account.

Thanks for response. I am trying to upgrade to standard but It won't let me upgrade this is my problem.
