We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We have calendars set up for a few employees, and they defined windows of availability on Amelia and connected their Google calendars. However, one employee has told us that she has events marked as busy on her connected Google calendar that are still showing up as available in her Amelia windows of availability.
Hello Megan,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello there,
Uros is out of the office so I will step in from him.
It is not possible to work for all other employees and not to work for only one employee.
You did no increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" as Uros suggested you need to set it to 2500 not on 50. If times are not blocked only for employee then this employee must check in his calendar if those events are set by default to busy in a calendar. If they are not set to busy they will appear as avaliable.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
