I purchased Amelia plug-in but can’t sign in. I tried resetting my password and it hasn’t worked. Now your site is telling me that you have no record of my email address even though this is the email address I purchased with and I have emails from you.

If you go to the TMS Store account and reset the password there, the password email should be sent to this email. Is this the email address that you've used?
