    How to connect two or more independent calendar for one person For example, we have this situation:

    1) At the beginning, adviser No. A1 accepts reservations for one calendar No. C1. By default, with the possibility of a month ahead on location No. L1 2) also advisor No. A1 I accept a reservation for the same calendar no. C1 for location no. L2. (online location or other address) Until now, everything is OK.

    But tend adviser no. A1 goes for 3 weeks and I want it to be available for location no. L1 for free dates in three weeks. And I want a reservation for location no. L2 was available all the time. For this I want to have different hours for location no. L1 and others for location No. L2.

    Creating two people with the same name is Myłatki and requires a different phone and email and a calendar. And this is the same person. So booking for an adviser No. A1 on one calendar no. C1 should block the possibility of booking in the second calendar no. C.2

    It is good to create two independent calendars for one person advisor. A1 fastened to the appropriate location and/or to the service.

    I understand that the database should be verified whether the calendars of one adviser No. A1 do not coincide. The accuracy can be for 1 min or 5 minutes or even 30 minutes.

    This is a common situation that repeats because the services we provide are possible from different locations.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To be honest we did not get what you want to achieve but we will try to explain how Amelia works.

    So you can have multiple locations available at the same time for one employee and you set that in employee work hours

    As soon as it is booked on one location he is then unavailable on other locations in that time slot.

    As for calendars you can connect each employee to one Google and one Outlook calendar. You can not have shared calendars. 

    Also you can connect 2 or more employees to one calendar in that case as soon as one of them is booked all other will be unavailable for booking in that time slot so they will work in fixed pairs.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can either set fixed general emplyoee work hours or you can use special day. There is no third option. You can set special days work weeks or months or just for one days. If you need a different times for each day you need to create separate special day for each day.
