We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Having the shortcodes are awesome and they have the ability to include multiple IDs of services, packages, locations etc - all great and awesome....
But is there a way to remove just one location ID? - example.
I have customers coming online to book for treatments and they need to select a location....BUT I want to NOT include one location because it is a "fake" location called "Global online" because I want customers to be able to book online consultations (which are NOT at a location but Amelia forces you to link a location to an employee).
If the answer to this is to literally include every ID needed eg. ID = 1,3,4,5.... then it would be very hard to manage because every time you create a new location, you would have to go in and include in the shortcode the new ID for the new location....hence it would be easier to "hide id = 2" for example and all other ids will always show
Hi Robert,
Preselecting the locations with multiple ID shortcodes would be the best option, since you are essentially displaying certain locations without changing anything in the backend. Since the employee is assigned to a location and to a certain service, they are related to each other and that means that a customer would need to select either service or location, but the difference is that the service is mandatory while the location is optional. The other way would be to hide the location in Location settings, but if your primary "selector" would be the location, your customers won't be able to book the service since it's assigned to an employee who is, again, assigned to a service. If that makes sense.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Robert,
Thanks for this video, as well. I've already escalated the other ticket to developers, so they will investigate further. I will get back to you with the information on the other ticket.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
