Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or most likely another plugin you have installed. (most probably caching plugin)
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I'm sorry, I can't give you access to a website in production, but I recorded a video showing that there are errors and they come from a file of your plugin, but if you could send me the plugin in zip format, the current one without errors, I would greatly appreciate it. The configuration is correct, everything works normally, the only thing I can't do is create custom fields because of that error I told you about. I have already tried deactivating all the plugins except the WooCommerce one, as the bookings are configured with the products, but even then the custom fields cannot be created.

In their documentation I saw that they had code with hooks for custom fields, don't you have a code for WordPress to create custom fields and assign it to a service or several services, which could be made necessary or not necessary with a code for the hooks?
It could be made with the code, but apparently, there is an issue with the custom fields not creating properly. You can create a staging site and send it with the credentials so I can log in with developers to double check. I guess it would be better to investigate before experimenting with the code.
