We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, I'm hoping to find out if Amelia can meet my use-case.

I have a party rental business with multiple elements that combine to provide one product. e.g. white wedding chair with red sash, made up of chairs, white covers, and red sashes. A booking will reduce the availability of each element, limiting the availability of other products e.g. fewer chairs are available for the blue wedding chair with white sash.

In my particular case, it's bouncy castles (bounce houses) with a range of Velcro artwork e.g. Princess Bouncy Castle = one of several bouncy castles, plus one of several Velcro princess artwork.

This in turn can form part of a larger packaged product that includes other elements - soft play, bubble machine, etc.

Can Amelia accommodate this? Multiple elements to form one customer-visible product, that if booked reduce the availability of other customer-visible products requiring those same elements?

Then, can Amelia accommodate my delivery profile - all products are delivered via the most efficient route from 8am-12noon, customers requiring specific delivery slots are charged a premium, but free, flexible delivery is the preferred and default option.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

While we have customers that use Amelia for the same or similar type of business we do not think that Amelia is a good fit for you.

Each bounce house must be set as one employee since services can not work without employees. Also you can create extras for each service but they are all seprate. You can not create 100 chair extras and when people book 20 for each bounce house that remaining numbers is 60. So if you set 100 chairs as extras for 10 bounce houses you will be offering 1000 chairs since each extra is separate for each service.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
