You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We offer SEPA payments using Mollie.
When the customer selects this payment option, they receive the following text from Mollie (reservation date 10/07):
Complete payment by July 22, 2024, by transferring the full amount to the bank account below.
2 questions:
Q1: The date 22/07 is fix, but too late because bookings can be earlier than 22/07 (payment in front). Mollie says Amelia should provide this in the Mollie API. Is this something we can manage ourselves/ be added?
Q2: after showing this message, the reservation is immediately done. But we did not receive the money (yet). Is there a way to have a link with mollie to only accept the booking after payment arrived at Mollie for SEPA? Their API provides this also.

Apologies for the delayed answer. It would need to consult the developers regarding this, certainly. I've tried to log in using the credentials from previous tickets, but apparently, the credentials are not correct. Can you please provide them again so I can forward them to developers?

Thanks for the credentials. We've just double-checked the backend, but regarding the first question, we are not sure what should changed with API. Since Mollie support suggested this, is there a chance to ask them to provide more information regarding the API change? We are using Omnipay library currently, so this might be useful for them to know.
As for the second part, can you please provide an example of the appointment that is approved, something like this
The status is set to "pending" until we receive the successful payment webhook, but we don't have the option to test the bank transfer.
