    Hallo,

I'm just getting started with Amelia and have two problems, I can't solve by watching tutorials and I haven't found the answers in the faqs , so I'd be really happy, if you could help me with this:

    1. my first possible appointment ist at 7:30 am, but I can only choose between 7am and 8am. Then I've a break between 9:30 and 10:00, but here's the same problem. How can I solve this?

    2. Is there a possibility to book a serial appointment for 10 weeks. I'm offering  a mindfulness course which has a specific starting day (e.g. September 8th) and I would like my customers to sign in for the first date and then automatically for the next 9 times. so the other 9 weeks are blocked for them and they will receive a notofication before each appointment.

Thanks in advance for your help <3

    Hi Laura,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please, find the answers below

You would need to configure the timeslots to show 7:30 AM first. This is coming from the combination of service duration and employee work hours. For example, if the service duration is 30 minutes, and your employee has a work hours configuration from 9AM to 5PM, the timeslots would appear in this format - 9AM to 9:30 AM, 09:30 AM to 10 AM and etc.

You can configure the recurring appointment option for this use case. This can be enabled for each service separately. It wont be automatic though, the customers would need to choose the next appointments (and they can also skip this step if they don't want to book)

    More information on this link.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you Stefan for your response!

I was able fix my problems. In the second case I used the event option, what really worked well for me.

    I really appreciate your support.
