We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
How can I use Amelia to display slots with a very specific recurrence. For example:
Starting on August 5, 2024
Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:00 PM Pacific
Ending on May 21, 2025
There would be only ONE employee and ONE client. Once someone signs up, that slot disappears and they can add those dates to their calendar.
It feels like it is a blend of Appointments and Events.
I want clients to have the recurrence pre-selected for them. And the end date pre-selected for them.
Can I use some custom code to pre-fill those dates so that the user doesn't have to select those?
For context: This is for recurring tutoring sessions at a set time each week. We want customers (the parents) to be able to select the spot.
Hi Adrianne,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, currently, there is no option to preselect the recurrence (recurring appointments). While you can enable this for each service separately, this is still not mandatory and your customers can choose if they want the recurring appointment, but they can also skip it. As you may already noticed, you can choose if the recurring date is going to be daily, weekly or etc and it would be from the date when the appointment is configured. You can find more information on it works on this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
