if a customer wants a refund of their appointment and I have refunded that but the customer is not receiving the refund mail how can I set to send payment refund mail or track the refund in detail I can't see the track refund in the plugin.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not available in Amelia. Refund is done on the side of that payment getaway so you can track the progress there. Amelia cannot send refund emails to users since the payment process and refund process are done by the platform from that payment provider so this is not possible to set in Amelia at this time Im afraid.
