When we receive a reservation, in recent times we do not multiply the number of people and when we reach the cart, only the amount of one person appears, not that of the people who have selected
For example (image) there is a reservation for 4 persons, but only charge 10€ (one person).
We activated the options of multiply quantity for number of persons
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Apologies for the delayed answer. I've just logged in to troubleshoot. Allow me to investigate a bit more, I've just tried a couple of things, but I didn't work.
I will get back to you as soon as I have more information.
After further investigation, i've found out that the issue is present only for the services that have a deposit feature enabled. For the services that have a "standard" pricing, the WooCoomerce checkout page is showing the pricing correctly.
This will be fixed in the future update. Unfortunatelly, we don't have an ETA at this moment, but feel free to follow our changelog page to keep up with the updates.
