Thanks for reaching out to us. Allow me to explain a bit more how this works. The MetaData and Description field is actually "transferring" the information from Amelia to WooCoomerce Checkout / Cart. As you might have noticed, there are three separate tabs 

Each of the tabs are responsible for forwarding the information, depending on the feature. For example, for appointments, you can use different placeholders, such as "appointment_name" , for events you can use "event_name" and such. This depends on what has been booked (appointment, event or package).

So, if someone is about to book the event, this is when the event_name placeholder will read the information, not the reservation (I suppose you are referring to the "appointments")

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I can see this in orders 

I've marked the booking as "completed" so I can send the invoice

This is what I receive as a customer 

The information is visible, such as the product (event) name, the pricing, and the rest. Perhaps, you are referring to a different topic?

Apologies again for the delayed answer. We just investigated this use case and we are suspicious that the information is coming from the plugin "PDF Invoices and Packing Slips For WooCommerce PRO", but we weren't able to find the option inside the plugin. The order description and order metadata is coming from Amelia (WooCoomerce settings), but we would suggest consulting the support team (who made this plugin) for more information. Of course, let us know when you have more information.

Hello Petr,

Amelia data is saved as item meta value under the key 'ameliabooking'. However it is the whole object which we transform on the checkout page and for the item description. We will look into adding another meta value, which is just the description, so it can be used in future updates.

Hi Petr,

Thanks for getting back to me. The appointments section will only show the list of people who reserved the appointments (services), but you will be only able to see the list of attendes in the Event section when you click on the particular Event. We will work on improving this in future updates, but currently, the only option to see the attendees is in Attendes section of an Event. Unfortunatelly, these can't be combined.
