My clients have noticed that they are experiencing an issue where their packages are not visible in the "Package" section when logged into the Customer Panel 2.0.

I've just logged in again to take a look. I've made a test user and logged in with that user to the Customer Panel v2. I can see the section Package here, as per the screenshot
I haven't booked any packages for this customer yet, but the section is visible. Are you referring to this or?

Yes the section is showing but my clients don't see their packages they bought when they log in

Unfortunatelly, i couldn't replicate the use case. I've booked a test package for my test customer and the package is visible in the Customer Panel v2
What I've noticed is that the speed of your website is very slow, so some customers might need to wait a bit longer in order to see the information.
This is related to your package with your hosting provider because each page opens and loads for a very long time. You can reach out to your hosting provider for more information and check if this can be improved.
