Can you explain what is missing (Zoom, Google??) why the customer's name does not appear in the Google calendar or the Zoom dashboard. Despite placing the %customer placeholder in the notifications, it appears only in email notifications but not the Google calendar.
It's hard to know which client I have an appointment with if using Zoom dashboard or Google calendar to start meetings.
The calendar invite title and description are configured on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, the name of this option is "Event Title and Description".
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
