Thanks for reaching out to us. It's recommended to install the license (reinstall if you've had the previous one) and also insert a purchase code in the Activation settings. In this way, Amelia will recognize the domain and license.
It's an easy process, you won't lose any data (unless if you check that you want to delete the data). Just make sure that the option "Delete Amelia content" in Activation settings is disabled and you will be good to go.
Reinstall the license in Plugin section and then activate it with the next purchase code and you will see all the options from the Pro license.

i`d like to know if i have to delete and reinstall amelia to have the pro options.
it shows that i have the pro license on my homepage, but i cant access the whatsapp messaging option.
