I have some serious problems on the website of a customer of mine. For example, I have created and saved a whole series of "Special days" for July. Unfortunately, these days cannot be selected in the booking form. I have already deleted the form and the employee for whom these days were created and added them again, but this has not solved the problem. Where do we go from here?
Please send us a couple of screenshots of the special day's settings and of service settings. In the meantime please check if you set them correctly. For example, if you set work hours to be 4 hours and if service last 4 hours but if you have buffer time for that service this will not show as available since buffer times count a service lengths.
No, we can not see any of the settings in your screenshots.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The only thing is that you set that this service is only available 14 in advanced
So for that reason you can not see dates past 2 weeks. So perhaps you need to change this. As far as we can see all is working now and there are no issues.

The only thing is that you set that this service is only available 14 in advanced
So for that reason you can not see dates past 2 weeks. So perhaps you need to change this. As far as we can see all is working now and there are no issues.
