In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, I am planning to fire one of my employees. I would like to allocate all his upcoming appointments to a new employee. If I go into the profile of the employee I plan to fire and change his email address and name to that of the new employee, will all his appointments remain in Amelia under the management of the new employee? Also, if I delete the former employee's wordpress account, won't I lose his upcoming appointments? How does it work?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to create a new employee and set his work hours then you will need to manually reassign all of the appointments of that employee. You need to edit the appointment and then manually assign it to a new employee
