We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear Amelia Support Team,
I am very concerned as I noticed discrepancies in the Finance section of Amelia while working on my client's website today. When I set a date range beyond today, numerous payments appear, which seems illogical. I verified some purchase dates for packages listed there against the records in the Package Management section. In several cases, there are discrepancies in the dates.
It is urgent to find a solution so that the records are accurate and to correct these discrepancies. I will provide access credentials of the website and a link for a video where you can see the issue in a private follow-up ticket.
I appreciate your prompt and positive response to resolve this issue.
Best regards,
Carlos Atristain
Hi Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I've just logged in to check, but I couldn't see any issues in finance section. Unfortunatelly, the link to the video has expired. Can you please send it again?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Carlos,
Apologies for the delayed answer and thanks for the video again. I went ahead to test the use case from the video. If I book a test package and choose the test appointment for one of the services ( random one) this is what I see.
The finance section shows the date when the package was purchased (which is today at 12:33). As per the screenshot
In "packages" section, I can also see the same package booked, but the time is also correct here
You can also see the appointment that I've booked through the booking form. On the screenshot you can see that the appointment was booked via WooCoomerce, so it's the front end, not the backend (on site)
I have you to ask, but I suppose that you have the latest Amelia version?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
