So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back end would look like this:
As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.
At the moment, this is the only solution that we can offer.

It is European law that the client needs to accept the terms & conditions either by
- a checkbox with the note "I hereby confirm that I have read and accept the terms and conditions", which must be ticked before the order can be sent.
or
- a clear (!) notice directly above the order button: "By clicking on 'Buy now', I confirm that I have read and accept the terms and conditions."
Amelia is not abiding the European laws in this matter

Hello Melanie,

Dear Uros,
thank you very much for this suggestion.
We had used this workaround until we were going live with the customer panel.
If using the custom field for the terms & conditions, it will be displayed as a custom field in the booking, which doesn't make sense.
Is there another solution?
Thank you,
Melanie
