    A continuación, voy a dar una lista de los problemas que tengo con Amelia.

    • El primero es la conexión con el calendario de Google Calendar.
      • Anteriormente envié un ticket, me enviaron un paso a paso,
      • con la documentación, hice todo el proceso y definitivamente no pude hacerlo.
      • No sé si ustedes de pronto brindan el servicio para hacer la conexión desde allá.
    • El segundo es el tema de los servicios.
      • Me gustaría saber si hay alguna forma de importar servicios de manera masiva, ya sea a través de un archivo CSV o no sé qué otra alternativa ustedes manejen
      • porque yo tengo en mi peluquería muchos servicios y uno a uno me consume demasiado tiempo.
      • Asimismo, como hago la importación, si hay una forma de exportar todos los servicios para hacer algunos ajustes, algunos cambios, precios
    • Donde puedo
      •  importar clientes de manera masiva para ahorrar tiempo y  
      • exportar la información de los clientes para usar la información
    • Amelia se puede conectar con un CRM externo

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you have several questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    Thank you for understanding. 

    • The first is the connection to the Google Calendar.
      • I previously sent a ticket, they sent me a step by step,
      • With the documentation, I went through the whole process and I definitely couldn't do it.
      • I don't know if you guys might provide the service to make the connection from there. - Unfortunately, we do not offer service yet to set up Amelia for our users. All integrations you need to set on your own in your Google or Outlook console. This must be set on by you Im afraid. If you follow our documentation preferably in 2 screens and set it step by step by following our steps closely all should be fine. We have 70000+ of users and vast majority of the set this up so you do not need to be a developer to set this up. We believe you will make it work
    • The second is the issue of services.
      • I would like to know if there is any way to import services in bulk, either through a CSV file or I don't know what other alternative you have.
      • Because I have many services in my hair salon and each one takes up too much time.
      • Also, how do I do the import, if there is a way to export all the services to make some adjustments, some changes, prices  - Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. There is no option to import export services you need to create them manually one by one in Amelia backend
    • Where I can
      •  import clients in bulk to save time and  
      • export customer information to use the information - We do have export and import function for customers

    • Amelia can be connected to an external CRM - Unfortunately, no we do not have any official integration with CRMs so we can not guarantee that any of them will work with Amelia or not.

    Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
