WhatsApp is free and you get this integration with Amelia. On our side there are no extra costs or charges or any type of addon or similar. But will Meta charge anything for this now or in the future we can not influence or know.

I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video?
Will there be additional costs for the WhatsApp feature? After we bought Amelia Pro, which actually has a WhatsApp integration package?
And is it paid when we create a Meta Business Manager Facebook account, which is our initial requirement for installing WhatsApp with Amelia?
